The BBC have today released promotional pictures for the third episode of series three of Kay Mellor’s The Syndicate. Each series is based around a different syndicate who win the lottery and the events that spiral out of their winning it. The series stars Lenny Henry, Elizabeth Berrington, Melanie Hill and Kieran O’Brien. The third episode will be broadcast on BBC One on Tuesday the 16th of June from 9:00pm to 10:00pm. Amy has been missing for four days. Her bloody apron is discovered on the moorland, but when new leads come to nothing Dawn (Elizabeth Berrington) is left struggling to cope.

When a journalist brings new information to light, a furious Andy decides to take the investigation into his own hands.

Sean is leaving Hazelwood for good. Sarah, struggling with her emotions, tries to convince him to stay. But he is in a hurry to leave after the press conference and he won’t tell her why. As his past catches up with him the syndicate are shocked to discover that Sean is not all that he seems.

Meanwhile, the staff’s bid for Hazelwood Manor is threatened by Lady Hazelwood and Spencer and the reality of the forged paintings starts to unravel.
