This month marks ten years of the website existing. It’s a strange thought really to consider that The Consulting Detective has been going for so long because I never expected the site to still exit ten years after it was first created.

The site has of course become far less active in recent years than it once was. This will probably be the case going forward but I never forget about The Consulting Detective; it was the first platform that allowed my writing to be read by a wider audience and for that reason it will always hold a special place in my heart.

However, despite it being less active than it once was new pieces will still appear on the site in the coming months and I hope that they are ones that you and anyone else who reads this site will enjoy.

Whether this is the first time you have ever read a piece on this website or this is only the latest piece you have read on this website, I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit it.
