The BBC have today released promotional pictures for the eight season (or series) of Doctor Who. The feature the new Doctor, as played by Peter Capaldi and his companion Clara Oswald as played by Jenna Coleman. Along with the pictures, the BBC revealed that the first episode would be broadcast on the 23rd of August 2014 and the first ep would be called Deep Breath.
