The BBC have today released promotional pictures for the fourth and penultimatle episode of Doctor Foster, starring Suranne Jones and Bertie Carvel. A gripping thriller, Doctor Foster has already intrugied audiences with a series of lingering question. The fourth episode of the series airs on BBC One tonight from 9:00pm to 10:00pm.
